Effective October 15, 2026. These terms are offered by Blip, LLC. They are not legal advice.
These terms are between you and Blip, LLC. They are effective October 15, 2026. They apply to use of the marketing site and the application. Using the marketing site or the application accepts these terms.
The marketing site is public. The application requires an Auth0 sign-in. A closed beta still requires approval before the product opens. A minimum age is not set in these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in credentials with the identity provider.
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's account or data, upload images or notes you do not have a right to upload, or present Blip's grading-risk output or market figures as a guaranteed grade or a guaranteed profit. A formal acceptable-use policy, and the consequences for breaking it, are not stated in these terms.
The marketing site shows two monthly prices: Free at $0 per month, and Pro at $12.99 per month. The amount charged at checkout is set in Paddle. Feature limits, a trial, a yearly price, and checkout are not offered on the marketing site. Login and Get Started stay on the Coming Soon page.
Paid checkout and subscription management in the application go through Paddle. They are not offered on this marketing site. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and what happens to paid time are not stated in these terms.
You keep your rights in the images, notes, and collection data you submit. You allow Blip to host, copy, and process that material so the service can run. That includes storing images, running grading-risk inference, and, where a written explanation is used, sending structured assessment fields to the model provider. In the application reviewed, that explanation is available on a Pro account. It is advisory and is not listed as a feature on this marketing site. These terms do not give Blip a right to sell your images or notes.
The Blip name, logo, and software belong to Blip, LLC. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. Card names, grading-company names, and market data remain the property of their respective owners. Blip is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, or SGC.
Grading-risk output is advisory and probabilistic. Blip is not a professional grading company. Blip does not guarantee the grade a card will receive from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading provider. A later explanation of a result is also advisory. It does not change the numeric result, and it is not a grading opinion from those companies.
Market prices, comparable sales, ROI figures, and trend signals are estimates or analytical outputs. They are not a promise of a sale price, a profit, or a future market result. You are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.
Sign-in, billing, email, image storage, hosting, the database, market data, and the optional explanation model are provided by other companies. Those companies have their own terms. These terms do not restate them or make them part of Blip's terms. Blip does not control those companies. The providers identified in the current design are Auth0, Paddle, Mailgun, Amazon S3, Supabase, Render, OpenAI, CardHedge, and SportsCardsPro. The marketing site is hosted by Webflow. When the marketing contact form is accepting messages, Cloudflare provides the contact-form security check and the service that receives those messages.
The service can change, pause, or stop. Features that are in beta can be limited or removed. The marketing site can change before launch. These terms do not promise a particular uptime.
No warranty or liability limit is stated in these terms.
The application can withhold access when an account is not approved. Operators can remove an account manually. A published termination process, including notice and what happens to paid time, is not decided in these terms.
The governing law, the venue, and any dispute process are not chosen in these terms. These terms do not require arbitration.
Blip, LLC's mailing address is 221 N. Central Ave, #283, Medford, OR 97501. Questions about these terms, and privacy requests, can be sent to privacy@blipapp.com. The support request inside the application is for signed-in users. The marketing contact form is on the Contact page. It accepts a message only when sending is turned on. While sending is turned off, the form does not deliver a message. A message sent through the form is not a support request under these terms. Submitting a message does not guarantee a response, a reply time, or a support ticket.
These terms are effective October 15, 2026. If the terms change, Blip will update this page and the effective date.
